Christmas Party for Oji River Inmates
Following the 2022 Inmate Christmas party, which held in Enugu and Nsukka Custodial Centre on the 25th of December 2022, the team was unable to visit Oji River medium security Custodial centre, Christmas party items apportioned for Oji River custodial centre was therefore delayed till January for delivery when office duties resumes on the 20th of January 2023, staff of the Carmelite Prisoners’ Interest Organization (CAPIO) delivered food items, toiletries, drinks and other items donated by Royal Orchard School and other well-meaning citizens. In return, the Welfare Officer of the custodial centre appreciated CAPIO Nigeria for the donated items.
The management and staff of the Carmelite Prisoners’ Interest Organization (CAPIO) appreciate well meaning citizens who through their support, inmates in Enugu state felt the joy and love of Christmas celebration. We look forward to making the 2023 Christmas celebration memorable for them.
